It's functioning good so far
It's functioning good so far. Don't know yet how durable it is. Am still on a wait and see attitude since i've been using it for only about 2 months. But so far the water is cold and hot as it should be, assembling is as easy as 1,2,3 and it makes sound only to refill it's container. The best thing is that i don't have to lift the bottle up. i just have to push if inside. Saves me from getting hernia.

Suction Pipe not long enough.
Love the watercooler. HOWEVER, the suction hose leaves 1 gallon of water in the jug when it stops sucking up water. The suction spout needs to be 3" longer to draw up the last gallon.

This cooler is everything the manufacturer promises. The cold water IS cold, it is easy to use; with an easy to clean the stainless steel exterior and it LOOKS beautiful!!! Put this together with the fact that it not only LOOKS fabulous and clean; yet it IS self-cleaning as well so you know that there is less chance of any bacteria forming and you have a water cooler that is worth every penny! We loved it so much, we purchased TWO of them!

Looks great, works well ,some occasional noise after the tanks fill up but not a big deal. I only gave it 4 stars because it needs to be used for 6 months or more to judge fairly

Arrived damaged and not functional.
This product arrive with several dents. Also it has a bunch of stickers on it that are difficult to remove, unlike the photo with none. The unit does not work because the door does not press the trigger button to activate pump.

Longevity
We’ve had our Viva hot/cold water cooler for over 10 years. It’s still as wonderful as the day we bought it!

Best Water Cooler on the market!
My son has had his Viva Self Cleaning Water cooler for Almost 8 years now. Its remained cold, its been moved 5 times, still works like day 1! I had a Hamilton Beach it didnt cool very well at all. Lost the tray as its not hooked om tight. I just have it away to go buy a Viva so sad to see i cant find Vivas anywhere?!Im going to go to the manufacturer see if theyll ship me one!
