Classic nylon with velcro Dimensions: Bar pad: fits 5/8- 3/4" diameter crossbars. 10 3/4" long Frame pad: Fits 1.3" - 1.5" diameter tubes such as SE Floval tubing or most aluminum alloy tubes.
