I must say as a new Dura Truss owner or light bridge one... i was quite dissapointed in the size of it.. i know it was 5ft long but the size of the pipes and the truss itself was a joke.. i was using an ibeam truss 1 in thick pipes... and when i was "upgrading" to crank stands steel triangle trussing i expected it to be a bit thicker/ larger.. no regular clamp worked.. had to buy Dura clamps and use the availiable holes in it. VERY STRONG though...only wish it was at least 2 inches larger as i intended to permanently fix LED bars inside it.... but they didnt fit...I like this though... it works

The previous reviewers are out to lunch. This product is EXACTLY as pictured: it is a 5-foot long piece of trussing that connects to the existing truss that you already have if you've purchased the American DJ Dura-Truss Light Bridge System. It is of no use to anyone who doesn't have this system already. I don't know why anyone would look at a piece of truss and expect it to come with stands, etc.I have been using the ADJ Light Bridge for a couple of weeks and it is fantastic (but heavy). I'm ording this additional 5-foot section to bring the length of the system to 15 feet in width, which will cover the whole front of the stage.The basic system with stands and 10' of trussing goes for about $350. I can't believe anyone expected an entire pro-quality trussing system for $60. You do get what you pay for after all... :-)

yes they are not the big ones the pros use (which would cost you about $300 per 5' truss). but it is a solid sturdy truss. With the main Truss set (15' total truss across) holds my 10 lights (weight about 140lbs total) with two being moving heads, without any bow, any wobble, or signs of stress at this point. I DJ and say that this is a big improvement over the aluminum starter set I had got to get my business up and running. Worth the main set to get, and add another truss for additional lights. Well worth the price. The only thing that sucks is two of my three clips where broken on delivery, which I would say is not the best packing to protect it, but more so I am sure the delivery co treated it like crap in route to my house.....not Amazon's fault - or American DJ

I ordered this item thinking it was the whole trussing systemhowever i only received the truss bar from the top.The picture is not accurate!

Bought 12 of these, They ALL came individually shipped and 1 entry each in the cost. So there were 12 lines of $59.99 on my statement and the trusses came in their own boxes that were very thin. (some of the clips fell out of the boxes).However, for what it is, it's nice and sturdy and can definitely take a beating and survive. I used it for exhibition banner frame and it works very well for that purpose.

I bought six of these. They have one side that has beams with holes for screws, so I simply bolted that side to a wall and I have a very nice light stage now. They're functional enough for light suspension even if designed as extensions. I got creative.That said, the welding and coating quality is very iffy. You will get painful metal shavings in your fingers if you don't handle them with gloves. The joint bolts it comes with are flimsy and dangerous. Use your own screws and nuts instead.That said, this is super cheap compared to anything else I can find. You get what you pay for. All in all, not a bad product.

This Trussing Rocks!! I use this for my Front truss and I am ordering more of this today. I have used 30 feet or this trussing on big stages with up to 18 LED par 64 cans in it. Plus I hard wired each 5ft section I have, so there is 4 outlets on each section which plug into eachother. This system handles the weight of two outlets & the galv conduit and these pars with ease.I just recently started using 10 feet of this for back trussing as well. I hang 8 led par 64's on it plus 4 ADJ DJ scan 250 ex's on it. It handles that weight like a champ too!!I don't own the stands I bought separate stand that will handle mor weight and go up to 13'6" and I add an extension to those so I can go 17' 6' hight with my front truss... I seat this truss in Global truss brackets.Good Stuff!! My only complaint is that some of the snap in pins that come with these always get lost or broken during shipping. which means I either spend $17 at the ADJ website for 6 of these with shipping, or I get bolts to connect them... & ADJ won't respond to any emails about replacing what was missing or broken when the Item arrived. ALL IN ALL - Great Product For $59 a Piece!!

The truss is very well made and you cannot beat the price, the packaging for shipment is not as sturdy as it should be. One of my clamps was bent during shipping, but I was able to adjust it to still be functional

When shipped I did not receive the 5foot trip pod, alluminum truss as shown in picture. What arrived as a black frame 5 foot extention.

Needed 2. After long wait only got one mailed at the price point. What actually arrived was the black I beam not the triangle section. Disappointing.

I bought these for my light bridge one Truss but they were the I-Beam extensions not the Triangle Truss. Very disappointed with American Dj. Hardware was missing as well.Ian Drake
