These are nice quality covers, that are very functional in terms of standing open, pivoting 360 degrees, magnetic closure and a strap to secure it shut. They fit the iPad 2 perfectly with all buttons accessible and fully functioning. This is the second one of these I have bought and the first one which I have had for months and carry daily still looks new.

I have owned the HTC 360 iPad case and have been using it on my new iPad for about 6 weeks. When I initially purchased this product, I was extremely apprehensive about what the quality would be, because the price was so low. I was very pleasantly surprised. The color of the item is true to the description and I received a microfiber cleaning cloth and a screen protector, even though those items were not mentioned in the item description. Several people have commented to me about how great my iPad case looks and they've asked me where I got it. They are amazed when I tell them that it was less than nine dollars including shipping and tax.My primary objectives in purchasing this item were to have a case of qood quality that would protect my iPad from dings and scratches and that would enable me to use both the landscape and portrait views easily.Quality/Durability:For the price at which this is offered, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of this case. I had looked around at various stores, including Target, Best Buy and Office Depot comparing the iPad cases each offered. Based on my observations, this case was nearly identical to a case being sold at Best Buy for around 50.00. Some reviews of this case have stated that it is flimsy or is made of cardboard. The front cover is stiff, but would bend if you purposely tried to bend it. I haven't had a problem at all with the sturdiness of the case. In fact, a few weeks ago I dropped my iPad in a parking lot. The iPad stayed safely inside the case and received no damage. The case itself does have a nick on the corner where it fell, but it is a superficial nick and the fall didn't damage the hard case which covers the iPad at all.I would note that the elastic that is used to keep the case closed is of decent quality, but within the last few weeks one of the elastic cords has come loose so that on one side the fabric looks very slightly frayed. The same thing happened on my husbands' EnCase iPad case that he paid about $60.00 for and I've seen this happen on several other iPad cases as well. Its a problem that exists with pretty much all elastic straps. It would be better if they could be reinforced.If protection is super important to you, I am sure there are some iPad cases out there that would protect an iPad if it were dropped from a 10 story building, but for most purposes, this case is going to be adequately protective.Landscape/Portrait Swivel function:I would say the swivel mechanism works very well. I do agree with other reviewers that when the iPad is placed in the final groove it has a tendancy to slip out. I don't have a problem with either of the first two grooves which place the iPad in a more upright position and which I prefer anyway, but unless the iPad is on a hard surface, good luck getting the last groove to work at all. My husband really likes the swivel function quite a bit and plans on buying this case in another color to replace his more expensive "EnCase" iPad case.Sleep Function: I haven't noticed that this feature works at all. Perhaps that is my misunderstanding of how it is supposed to work, but I do know that my iPad does not go to sleep as soon as I shut the case. It usually goes to sleep because of the iPad's own settings.All in all, I think this is one of the better deals I have gotten on Amazon. The case is great and the price was simply amazing. I would say this item is very comparable to similar looking cases in terms of quality, but what makes it a great deal is the price. I do not think I would've gotten a better product if I had paid $50.00 at Best Buy. I highly recommend this product.

I have had a purple leather non-rotating iPad 2 case for a long time and when I got my new iPad I decided to get a new case. I wanted one where I could prop up the iPad in both portrait and landscape positions and this one does exactly that. But you can only use the two inner slots for propping up the tablet since the outside slot is too shallow to hold the iPad up and it collapses.The only reason I think this is just 3 stars for me is I like to fold the cover back and just hold it like a book or lean it on my legs or lap with the cover out of the way. The rotating swivel is in the middle of the back of the iPad. It's really easy for the cover to flop and rotate around and not stay folded back neatly behind my iPad. I'm switching back to a more folio or book-style that has just the frame it fits into and the cover that opens up and moves to behind my iPad as I'm using it.Also, not once was I able to get the magnetic sleep/wake cover to work no matter how many times I tried. It just doesn't like the iPad 3 all that much.I'm glad I tried it for minimal investment of under 9 dollars. It's just not what I was hoping it would be.

I love the purple color. I love the rotating stand from landscape to portrait. I love the protection and durability of the product. The only thing that doesn't work well, are the grooves that the ipad sits in. The ipad slips out of the grooves and will not stay in. I saw that other people had the same problem and they remedied it by taking the back of a spoon and running it down the slots to further accentuate the indentations. That did help 90%. If I prop it up correctly, I can get it to stay and then it is not a problem, but my feeling is, I shouldn't have to do this in the first place. I have ordered other exact kinds, and they work perfectly. When the stand works correctly, it is a far better stand than that of a Smart Cover I think because of the increased angles and visibility of the screen.

I didn't realize when I ordered this "cheap case" how much I would really get. PROS- I got the glass protector and a cleaning cloth with this order. The cover does not hide any of the functional parts of the ipad that I need. I can plug it in, take pictures, turn it on, turn up the volume etc. while the case is on. The hole in the middle makes for easy carrying when I walk or stand and use the ipad. The case is nice leather on the outside and soft on the inside. CONS: It only stands by itself on one setting. It doesn't always go into sleep mode when I close the case.All in all, am thrilled with this case and doubly thrilled by what I got for the price!

I had an otter box cover and wanted something lighter and easy to turn on...I carry my ipad in a carrying case so it is well protected..this cover was exactly what I have been looking for...This stands up,u can turn it to stand upright ..it can also sit flat...the stand on this is puurrfect, not just a stand on it's own...so it can sit up on my recliner arm and not fall off because of the whole stand is one piece ....not just a single piece...check out the others,they have a single stand..this stands goes under the ipad to the front..u can rest your hands on the front of the stand/ holder,so it will not slide off, like the single ones..they have a very small stand and can fall over when typing...not these...they come in many different colors...and my favorite color purple..it is a beautiful purple...Only one thing that was wrong..No instructions!...SO..make sure u push your ipad into the holder..if u don't it will fall out...hope u like yours as much as I do...

I`ve had this for almost 6 months now, with daily use (share with my 10 year old boy). Have no complaints at all and you simply can`t beat the price.
