FloTool 10703 Spill Saver Radiator Funnel

Works great

I had intended to use it for filling narrow baby bottles (standard) with formula powder--fill bottles, add water when ready, ingenious! LOL. But, this is not the best for that. This funnel has a nice opening, but it is top heavy for my intended purpose AND the sticker does not come off well. Taking into consideration, this is a funnel for filling radiators and engine parts, I could not in good conscience complain about it. It would be fine for intended purpose. I ordered silicone ones to try next. Good day.

This funnel works perfectly for the purpose for which I needed it. Every month I have to load a small cleaning unit for my water filter machine with a fine powder. The opening in the cleaning unit is too small for the wider scoop provided with the powder. The result before was that I inevitably spilled powder every time. Searching amazon.com for a suitable funnel to fit into the opening of the cleaning unit yielded this Hopkins 10703 FloTool Spill Saver Radiator Funnel. The funnel arrived in brand-new, very clean condition. All I had to do was to wash the funnel well, dry it thoroughly, and voila! It fits just right into the round opening of the cleaning unit and allows the powder to be poured easily through the wide funnel and into the unit. For those who want to know, the outer diameter of the bottom end of the funnel is 3/4 inch. The diameter of the opening into my cleaning unit is 7/8 inch, so that the funnel fits precisely into it. The happy result is no more spilling of powder. I'm highly pleased and recommend this funnel to anyone for similar use.

I needed a funnel with a large hole to transfer used insulin pen needles from one co trainer to another. Was difficult because the fell all over. This works great. Just pour slowly so they don’t bunch up. Protects my fingers. Also I make cold brew coffee at home. This funnel works great to fill the filter without a mess. Good little gadget. But I don’t use for oil ha ha.

Got this for food use. Think pouring rice into something small, or other grains. Also for pouring powder into large bottles on the bike (with large openings).This is NOT food grade -- so we 99% of the time use it for dry things at ambient temperature. Your risk appetite will dictate your own usage in the kitchen.It works splendidly for our usage, and doubtless would work well for its intended usage as well.NOTE: Too large of outer diameter to fit into standard disposable 500 ML grocery store water bottles. Won't work.Do note that there is a sticker on the item that leaves a residue after removal, that will require extra elbow grease to finally get clear of. We did not care about that.

Coolant funnel kit is the better choice !!

This funnel is fantastic. The opening is perfectly sized for the human mouth and my patients have a much harder time spitting out this funnel or blocking the opening then other types I've tried. This makes feeding and hydration regimens much easier and short of tubing the patient I can't imagine a better funnel..The opening of this funnel is a little large for the rectum and I still prefer other varieties for that purpose. However the fact the funnel is bright yellow reduces the chances of a practitioner using the wrong tool for these particular tasks and its low cost makes replacing chewed funnels easier on the bottom line.Finding the right tools can be hard overseas, but Amazon Prime has never had a issue getting a shipment through to one my facilities so kudos to them!

I have seen other funnels for this purpose at other stores but this one is the best one and even at the best price !! I will mainly use it for windshield washer and not so much for anti-freeze but it's good to have when you need it for that, as I don't really refill anti-freeze as the garage check or do it during visits. I bought an extra one for the kitchen, though! 😉 The label is not hard to remove.... just blow some hot air on top of the label from your hair dryer to melt the glue, for just about a minute and gradually lift the label.. you could continue to blow hot air if you want and it will peel-off easily, no scratches or even a smudge, at all.
