They'd have to have MILE long legs. I'm 5'-4", and my legs are very long for my body. But these were made for an amazon. literally. without stretching them, just hanging them down the side of my leg, the toes laid on the ground while the tops were at my waist. Also, I'm pretty thin (125 lbs), but these wouldn't even go up past just above my knees without cutting off circulation. I'd return them, but its not worth the hassle.
