Great for outside and inside
As a medical professional, I searched around on the internet for a good part of the evening trying to find a kit that had a little bit of everything and room to add more- this kit provides both! Multiple sizes of gauze, bandages, band aids along with alcohol wipes, soap pads, scissors, q-tips, bandage tape, mouth to mouth protection, PPE + more and for safety emergency situations it has a whistle, thermal blanket, compass, notepad/paper, glow stick, ect.I plan on adding an ace bandage, suture kit, mirror for signaling, mole skin, aqua tabs, iodine, and fire starters to really be prepared for any ordeal inside the woods and out!

First Rate First Aid
As a retired RN I was pleased with this kit. It includes virtually everything a person would possibly need to render effective First Aid. It's a good value. The company believes in the personal touch, sending a series of 3 emails to make sure you are happy with their product, and as an added bonus sends you a First Aid as well as a CPR ebooks. I will buy from them again, and recommend them to others.

additional med's
Alan AngelAug 26 (2 days ago)to Amazon.comAs I said in my previous email, I would comment when the new first aid kit arrived, which was received this morning. In going thru the kit, I noticed one thing that really came to light real quick. It is not a really big issue, but it was difficult finding the inside packet zippers. The zipper blends in and is difficult to find quickly.I noticed that there was a lack of any blood clotting packets, and any aspirin or other pain pills. I noticed the tweezers were metal, and that is a plus.It appears that aspirin or other pain medication will be an add-on along with burn medicine, and eyewash or similar product. The windshield hammer, as well as the light stick, were removed to make room for a professional CPR mask and ace bandages. Miscellaneous items were incorporated into a Mollie bag, and it would have been nice if attachment straps or other attachment points were available on the first aid bag in case a Mollie bag were necessary. All toll the room provided in the bag was just enough room to add the necessary items I thought were required for my application. One thing I did not find was the discount coupon when I logged on for the ebook. Any way to get one, and a list of replacement products.I look forward to having this kit available and never having the need to use it unless really necessary in an extreme emergencyZenwells customer service has been extremely helpful with this product, and help for additional items and product.Al Angel

One of the best thought out First Aid Kits I have owned.
Our quest for a better first aid kit began with a crash we heard in the laundry room. Our existing plastic cased first aid kit had just fallen off the wall and onto the tile floor and shattered. My wife suggested it was time for either a metal or cloth kit/bad. Metal was out of question as it might break a floor tile if it came loose and fell so I searched Amazon for what seem like a good value in soft cased first aid kits. This kit has good Amazon reviews and more than lives up to the other kits in its price range. It would be excellent for everything from camping to hiking to being the main stay in ones home. As with all kits there are changes that need to be made. Among these are the addition on an antibiotic cream or ointment. For home use removal of the Emergency Car Safety Hammer, The 6" Glow Stick, the Compass and the Whistle and their placement in our car's font seat console makes more sense. We added "Poison Plant Wash, Antibiotic Cream, Anti-Itch Cream, and some pain medication. If hiking or boating, different deletions and additions would be needed. All in all this kit is close to the best starting place for a reasonable first aid kit and along with a basic first aid course it would help almost any one along the way to being a help in a minor emergency situation. One weakness is almost no important internal and external OTC medications. But since we use it in our home we can easily supplement from our kitchen medicine cabinet. A 4.8 would be a very fair rating for home use and a 4.5 for other situations. There is some room for additional first aid items if one takes the time to remove the items that are not appropriate for the conditions where it will be used. Another weakness in the included first aid instructions booklet in talks about the shock position but does not illustrate it with a drawing. I am sure there are better basic instruction booklets that could have been included. Finally the feature we like most is the fact that the internal compartments are see thru. Eventually the plastic see thru compartments may crack or discolor but at this price point it a risk more than worth taking.

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail!
This is a very versatile first aid kid. I won't bother telling you what's in it, as that's listed, but the only thing I added is some tourniquets, which there is enough room to add (and more space, if you feel the need)I love the included smaller pouch for bandaids and other things you may want to ring along without bringing the whole case with you, however I would have preferred it to be larger. It's really only good for bandaids and other flat objects honestly, so it very well could be perfectly fine for you, depending on what you see yourself utilizing this for. This is to keep in my wife's car, and I will be purchasing another for my truck, as it has almost everything you could reasonably need.
