I like it so far...
I am pretty new to using the mini-trampoline, I went on youtube to get some help on using it for exercises. Once I got the hang of it I am enjoying it. I did need to tighten one of the legs after using it. I have only had it for a week. You can get a great cardio from using it. I hope that it will last a little while.

30 pound child broke it in under 3 months
This was bought at the request of the physiotherapist that works with my grandson and was used only under his supervision. My grandson weighs less than 30 pounds he was 2 when using this trampoline. Long and short it broke. Just as the return period ended. Wow hardly useful for an adult.

Springs break easily - No customer service
We've owned this trampoline for a couple of years. We got it for our young (read LIGHT) kids to use indoors for exercise.After about 1 year, one of the springs broke. I have tried to reach out to the manufacturer to purchase a replacement spring, but absolutely NO RESPONSE.Does anybody make quality products anymore? Or believe in exceptional (or even mediocre) customer service?I wouldn't recommend buying this. Unless you're lighter than a 6 year old.

Broken & useless in less than 3 months
In less than 3 months, over half of the springs have popped off & it is completely broken.

avoid this tramp at all cost & here is why:
I purchased this tramp & within the month so many of the springs broke that it is unusable. I weigh 170 & simply am running in place on it. This is a very poor quality tramp & I would never ever recommend this.

Had fun for the first few months and then 4 months into it, a spring blew. Then another . Then another. Now it is missing several and we feel it is unsafe for our 10 year old. Bummer

I would never buy this again.
I bought this from a local big 5 store in december 2013and actually started using it everyday beginning of this year 2104.I am 140lb and I jog lightly on it 1 hour a day everyday and the first spring broke in march.It is April now and total 4 springs are broken and that's it for this trampoline.I ordered another brand and I will never ever purchase any product from this brand again in my life.Because,1)The quality is poor. The springs break easily and it is very noisy.2)The customer service is poor.Some people may say, isn't it good enough if it lasts good 3 months with under $50? I would have given little more stars if the customer service was better.I emailed the company "pure global" whatever to ask if possible where I can order those replacement springs for my trampoline. 2 different persons from the company emailed me back right away saying if I purchased it within 90 days and have the proof of purchase then they may send replacement parts free of charge. Wow, i thought the customer service was amazing.But unfortunately it was more than 90days so I replied and asked that I only wanted to know Where i can order the replacement springs. I did not ask them to send me free parts. I only asked where I can order them if it is possible. Again, I did NOT ask for free springs!!!They just ignore my emails after I said it was over 90 days... I wish they at least answered me saying Something like, it is not possible to purchase springs only or something, then I would understand, However they just completely ignore me and I am unhappy with the customer service on top of the quality of the product.

Not worth the money for active kids that use it every day.
My kids got this for Christmas last year. It was great for a few months. My kids are 8,4 and 3 and all pretty small for their ages. (my 8 year old weighs 55lbs.) The first thing to go was the support bar. It broke right off the leg it was attached to. Then one of the legs broke off at the weld. My small children were the only ones using this trampoline rated to 250lbs, so in my opinion, there is no reason that the welding should not have held up to them.Needless to say, I will not be getting another to replace this one, and ours has been sitting in the garage for months.
