I’ve been taking 2 a day (one in the morning and one at night) for several months now and it definitely helps. I’ve battled depression my whole life and often have anxiety.... I still have all of those things but I have been (voluntarily) unmedicated for about a year, and the ashwagandha has helped to a degree that I at least feel like a normal human with sometimes sad moments. I’ve waited months to review this because I wanted to be sure I wasn’t just imagining it. I definitely still have an off day every now and again, but for the most part I’m sane and I love that I’m not numb to feelings just because of prescribed medication. It definitely wasn’t an immediate effect, but continual usage of this product has done wonders. I recently switched to this particular brand because it has stuff in it that helps the absorption of the ashwagandha and I 100% recommend this over the brands without that.

I heard about Ashwagandha from a co-worker and thought to give it a try. I’ve been taking 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps at night and I do feel less stressed. Don’t really feel the anxiety that I regularly get. Overall very happy with it.
