This particular one is not. But they do make a no-lye it comes in 6 pk or a 20 pk I love them both.

Yes it can, henna is a vegetable dye and does not have chemicals in it

No, just the Neutralizing shampoo

Q: How long does this relaxer last? What is the expiration date??

I think all relaxers do. I threw mine out. Mine came all messed up and spilling out. I really like this company but was not happy with this item. I know this does not help much.
