Saxon Equileather Half Chaps

I don't have exceptionally large calfs (only 15") yet these still didn't fit me, just wanted to make other buyers aware

Very happy with my purchase. Chaps look good quality. Not worn yet but I’m sure they’ll be comfortable and do the job.?

Brilliant, I’m using it for cosplay and it does the trick nicely. But for those buying it be warned you will need to buy a bigger size because the XL it’s the size for my legs and I’m 34w-32l an I’m 5’11

Good quality but very tight on ankle. Difficult to close them down at the end

Finally some chaps that suit a slim leg! Great value, not quite as supple as real leather would be but its hard to tell from the look of them that they are not real leather.

A little on the small side once jodhs and long socks are introduced into the equation. Shires seem to be stretching with use though, and they look lovely. I bought mine to fit over Dublin jodhpur boots and it's a bit of a squeeze but possible. They appear good quality, but I'm cautious of the stitching holding the elastic material to the equileather, as the stretchy elastic seems to be puckering around the stitching in places, but otherwise they seem quite hardy. So far so good.

Only issue is zip went, which is a real pity. Refund without question.

The Saxon half chaps are great value. I ordered the small size as I am 5ft 2ins and have slim legs. They are a perfect fit look smart and comfortable. Highly recommended
