10" Globe Acrylic Lip Neck Light Shade in White

I purchased this (very difficult to find), globe, in hopes it would fit my outdoor, "planter style" 6 ft. , pole lamp. It was "almost" perfect, except for the fact that my lamp required a globe with the grooves for "twisting" onto the base. Without those, the base just sort of "rested" on the lip of the light fixture/pole. Being I can't even find one close to the size I need, as well as the fact its acrylic, I decided to "duct tape" the fixture to the light fixture base. Although its not 100%,Im satisfied with how close I actually got to replacing the old one (which had been cracked, taped, broken, taped, and covered with plastic to keep out the rain!)

This is a nice outdoor lamp cover replacement. I used it to replace a cover on a 5 globe light stand in my front yard. It matched the other globes nicely. The only problem was the bottom hole. The hole had the right dimensions on the inside, but the lip was a little fat for my fixture and I had to take a sander to it to thin it out so it would fit. Other than the outer rim circumfrance problem, it was great. The vendor got it to me timely and in perfect condition.

I replaced a glass globe with this one for my fire extinguisher lamp. It looks just like the glass one and won't break!!

I was under the impression this item was seamless, well its not, there is a seam. This might not matter to some, but for my purposes it does. So I'm pretty bummed about this. Waste of a purchase.

This matches our existing light covers well. After our old one broke in a storm we were glad to find it. Does the trick and looks good!

I have three, five light Fixures or lamp posts and the globes that came with them were thin and would break easly. these acrylic globes are much nicer and thicker. I am wee lpleased with these items

Just what it appeared like online. They globes look really sharp, shipping was fast and very secure.

This globe works very well on our outdoor lamppost. It fit just fine and has held up in the weather.
