I received my first Willow Tree angel many years ago and I love it! I love it's beautiful simplicity and how the faces are left expressionless so you receive the feeling through the gestures. A few people in our family have these as well so they've always been popular gifts for us to give. I recently wanted to give this particular angel to several of our family members so I bought a number of them, including one for myself since I had been eyeing this one up for awhile. The Willow Tree With Love Angel by Susan Lordi is absolutely beautiful! I love how the whole figurine shows love. It measures 5 1/2 inches tall and is cast and hand-crafted in China. The wings are made of wire so they can bend if you move them but they can easily bend back to their original position. The names of the angels are printed on the bottom so you don't have to remember the name of each one. It comes in a nice gift box so you can wrap it up or slip it into a gift bag for easy gift-giving. I love my angel and our family members love theirs as well! Many of them already had some of these angels and they were delighted to receive this one. I was happy to add this one to my collection as well and it looks great with my other angels. If you are looking for a special gift for a friend or family member, these are a wonderful option. There are so many to choose from and these look great anywhere on display or you can keep it somewhere special so you remember to look at it often if you buy it for yourself. They are reasonably priced and make a great gift any time of the year. I love these angels and love giving them to people!

My wife's mother used to give these figures to my wife for gifts on special occasions. They always meant a lot to my wife. After my mother-in-law passed away these became even more special to my wife. Wanting to carry on the tradition and help my wife remember the great memories that she had of her Mom, I purchased this figure to give to her on one of our anniversaries. I was a little worried that I may be crossing a line by giving her something that was something so special between the two of them, but she loved it. This carved and painted piece of wood really help her remember her Mom and helped bring back a lot of great memories. Not only that, but it also allowed her to see that I understood how much they meant to her, which made it just a bit more special. Now, I understand that my wife's experience with these figures is unique, but if you're looking for a fun little tradition to share with a mom, wife, daughter, or someone else who would like these, then these figures a pretty good way of doing that.

I love all of Susan Lordi's figurines, but this one is probably my favorite. They are simply done but carry such beautiful messages. My mom and I have gotten these for each other since they first came out years ago, and we love and treasure every single one we have. These make wonderful gifts and there is truly a figurine for every occasion and every person in your life! Well worth the money. They come carefully packed, sandwiched between two thick pieces of styrofoam, and each figurine comes with a note card, stating the name of or emotion depicted by the figurine in the box, and the box itself is worth keeping because of the lovely description that corresponds with each of her angelic creations. I look forward to someday owning every piece in this collection, and I love giving these as gifts to anyone who appreciates such beauty!

This is a great gift. The price can be a little shocking sometimes but for how well made they are they are worth it. It is the perfect gift for any holiday and are sure to touch the heart of whomever your gifting to.
