Buy Chad Boykin's book instead
Not completely useless, but a really basic book and some pictures don't match their descriptions, which is kind of sloppy. Also, this book only has basic techniques and no info about training drills, and other important aspects of the sport. Chad Boykin's 'Muay Thai Kickboxing: The ultimate guide to conditioning, training, and fighting' is much better!

Absolute rubbish information and came damaged. DO NOT get it even if it was free!
DO NOT BUY AT ALL! I would not even recommend the book free if you are serious about Muay Thai. This book has okay details at the start of it, but If you take from the example in these pictures you could end up facing serious hospitalization or death because they are sure set ups for failure. The person who made this should not be instructing. The cover of the nook shows a coloured photo of a young man hitting the bag with vigor, but when you open it up and see the images is that you will see they are very wrong. Everything is in badly printed black and white and not as advertised.I do not recommend any of the HOWEXPERT books ( I got one on BJJ also to confirm it is a trend ) and request they be taken off the markets. For the minor information at the start of this book they should not be worth more than a few dollars at best, but all the photos that are wrong removed and the cover of the book showing what you will actually see inside. The damage did not upset me as it is not a hard cover, but to look inside to see what I paid for along with the damage was horrible. Very misleading bad quality and I am very firm on the 1 star.
