What measurements are available? Millilitres?

Apologies my email has been misbehaving! Yes millilitres are measured as are grams, pounds, ounces and there’s an option for milk in millilitres. I find switching between straightforward. Hope this is of help.

Pressing the left hand button works for me. Press and hold the same button to turn off. I’m assuming batteries are the right way in!

Would this work okay for small parcels/envelopes?

They would have to be very small parcels/envelopes. Remember, the Post Office is there to weight your letters and parcels.

Does the scale show negative weights? If an item is 100g, I tare the scale and remove the item, will it show "-100g" on the screen or "error"?

Once u ttre the 100g yes once u remove ur 100g it will read -100g.You put your bowel etc u want 2 use 4 weighing on the scale,once the weight shows on scales then press tare,it should then show zero on scales,u then add ur ingredients 2 match ur recipe etc?
