These nasal dilators are very effective at keeping nostrils open at night. They work extremely well, and are very discreet. It means I don't have a sore throat in the morning now from sleeping with my mouth open. It's so nice to be able to breath properly again. They seem a bit expensive, but they are very well made and cleverly designed, very comfortable to wear and in my opinion worth every penny.
