I love the smell because I’m someone who is sensitive to products and smells thinkPoisonous bath and body works products full of crap that pollute our skin. This stuff smells nutty and naturalAnd I really appreciate that. My skin feels super hydrating and nourished after using this hydrating and rich body butter that I know is feeding my skin the nutrients it needs to heal and repair. I live in dry Az climate and this stuff is heaven sent. On top of that the amount you are getting for the price and quality is top notch. Thanks again.

I used this shea butter to make body butter. I have only used ivory shea butter in the past so I was surprised at the softer spongy consistency of this kind. The smell is odd, but it’s normal as far as I know. It still worked great, and the price was better than the ivory shea butter.I use the farmhouse on Boone body butter recipe, which is super easy. It’s just a half cup of each of the following: shea butter, cocoa butter, olive oil, and coconut oil. You melt them in a pot, let it cool to room temp., stick it in the freezer until is starts to thicken (but not too much!), and then blend it up. I use my immersion blender. I included pics so you can see how easy it is.I will most likely be buying this again. I like using more natural ingredients in my skin since reading about how harmful all the chemicals around us are. It feels so luxurious to slather my body butter made with this shea butter on after a shower, and it gives me peace of mind, because it’s natural.

This product is awesome. For the huge amount of butter, you can't beat the price.The butter itself makes a noticeable difference in the hydration and evenness of my skin. I mix it with jojoba oil for consistency and ease of application. The mixture plumps up some scarring and evens out the consistency in my skin's appearance. Because the butter is rich in nutrients, it substitutes for layering multiple products in my skin routine and saves a bit of time. It smells fine, like any oil-based product, It can go bad if you leave it out and don't treat it like a food item. I store mine in my refrigerator or freezer, depending on how long it takes to use it up. Great product, great price.

I love Shea butter and usually get refined, but... oh my God! This one is so luscious, creamy and smells so nice! It absorbs well with a little greasiness, giving your skin a shiny glow, which I really like. I use this everywhere, for everything (even as lube) on my body, face, and hair. My skin is acne prone and this has not caused breakouts, even during my cycle. It's effective for dry, oily and sensitive skin. This has even consistency throughout the container it seems, good quality. I highly recommend this Shea butter!

I've used this stuff before and it's amazing - definitely helps with itch and all skin aliments. However this bigger container came very broken! Will have to figure out a way to move it to another container. That's why I dropped it a star
