Record Album Sleeve Display Frame Featuring Solid Wood Frame and Glass Front (Not Plastic) (Black Frame)

Very happy with the quality of this item (Record Album Sleeve Frame with Black Solid Wood Moulding and Glass Front). The photo does not do it justice! It arrived quickly and was packed really well, lots of protection. Thanks to many positive reviews on Amazon, I chose this over other similar record frames and I am glad that I did. I'll be purchasing more of these soon.Update: I intended on framing an album, but something else came up. I purchased a piece of art as a Christmas gift. The piece was square, matted and mounted on foam-core and fit perfectly in this frame (okay, I had to shave 1/4" off each side ... no big deal). If I had to have the piece custom framed it would have cost far more. It looks great. Delighted!

I am not one to write many reviews, but felt this product was worthy of my time and effort. If you are looking for a very well-made frame to hold your album covers, at what I feel is a reasonable price for the quality, then you have found it with these frames. They are made of quality wood and are solid. I like the glass frame rather than the thin plexiglass of many other frames. The frames very easily hold a gatefold album cover... I have just used mine for Sgt. Pepper's and Crosby, Stills & Nash first album. I took the vinyl ot of my covers, but I am sure you could leave it in if you wish. The packing is excellent... each frame comes in cardboard with extra-protective corners and bubblewrap. The outer box is solid, packed with lots of paper, and with a bright red label of "glass: please handle with care". I truly am going to make another order since I am so impressed.

Laserdiscs are slightly smaller than albums, so I wasn't certain this would work. It turns out the viewing portion of the glass is very good for laserdisc covers, but you might want to 'shim' the sides or stick it to the supplied black paper matting to ensure the cover is centered and straight (albums fit exactly from what I've read in other reviews, about 3/16" space in both directions with the laserdisc cover). I'm very happy with the quality and will be ordering more.Update: I've ordered 6 more of these so I have a more experience placing the Laserdisc covers. There is NO need to 'shim' them at all, just line up the bottom of the cover at the bottom of the frame and when you bend the tabs down to secure it, do all the bottom first, then the top. Looks great first time every time.

Had a thick double LP that I wanted framed and other frames on Amazon could not work. Tired about 4 sellers on Amazon and double checked the L, W, and thickness of the LP with no luck. But FrameMyCollection was fast to respond to my request to have it modified to hold my thick LP and it looked AMAZING! Fit perfectly too. No wasted space but not too tight. Fell in perfectly into the frame.Added my own wire on the back and my Transistor LP is now proudly displayed after 6 years hidden away. Thank you so much.

I bought 4 based on previous good reviews and the reviews were on point. These are awesome. The albums fit fine even with the record still inside. And they look great. Just a simple black frame, nothing fancy to take attention away from the album. And they come packaged so securely I think you could toss the box off the roof and they wouldn’t break inside. Definitely recommended and will buy more if I need to add to my collection in the future.

This item is high quality....packed with care... arrived early... and looks fabulous! These frames have 12 flexible tabs holding the album in the frame....they have a saw tooth hanger for easy mounting, you can ask for a deeper mount for gatefold or double albums at no extra charge, and the over all frame is thick not thin... they are significantly better quality than others I have bought. You won’t be sorry with these and your albums will look great.. like mine!

I tried another kind of album frame a few years ago to little success -- they're a little flimsy and hold the albums themselves very awkwardly -- so when I had some more things I wanted framed I decided to shop out a little more. I came across these, ordered three, and got to waiting for them to arrive. The sole unfortunate note is that, them being glass, one's glass did shatter in transit. I say the sole unfortunate note, though, because every other aspect of these things is wonderful. They're solid as hell, hold albums firmly without pinching in any spots, and hang phenomenally, whether by command strip or nail. Even my one disappointment, the shattered frame, was quickly rectified by an incredibly responsive and helpful seller who was quick to replace my damaged item. I truly couldn't recommend these enough, an incredible deal for what seems often an unfortunately expensive process.
