More Sewing to Sell: Practical Advice from Industry Experts; Take Your Handmade Business to the Next Level Kindle Edition

This is a pretty good book, but like the first book, it is definitely a beginner's guide. The book has very simplistic instructions for how to start your own business (sewing items and selling them). It includes short interviews with 8 different women who are successful selling their own handmade items, but even then, very little actually useful information is given to a novice. The book gives directions for sewing 16 projects (these projects are easy to sew and simple also: circle pillows, zippered bag, tote bags, headvands, etc). Advice is given on using social media, selling online, pricing, and packaging, but even this info is minimal (a paragraph or so on each topic). I recommend this book, as it has some easy sewing projects in it and I like the pictures. If you need an actual "business guide" for setting up and running a craft business, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!

I bought both books and love them! If you are considering or already selling your sewing projects, these books are so helpful. Full of good, practical tips for every skill level of sewing. And the patterns included are fantastic. I will be making them to sell. Good job.

After all the info that I was given on this book I was extremely disappointed in the book itself. The info was not very informative and the projects were not good or challenging at all where it was the second version.

I was fortunate enough to win this delightful book. It is filled with valuable information and although I will probably never get to the point where I try to sell my craft items (I just do not have the volume for that and usually make gifts), I feel this book would be very helpful if I did and it also contains some very nice patterns of products that can be personalized and made to please a variety of persons .

I love both of her books. She gives u not only ideas of what to sell with the patterns but she shows u how to photograph and package those items. An invaluable source for the newby wanting to start selling their goods. Even u don't want to start selling they are great ideas for gifts too. You will love her book and her style is cute but modern. I'm bought the first book on Kindle and had to purchase both books to have in my library of sewing books.

I love this book and the great ideas she gives me for sewing. I don’t sew to sell but I love her YouTube channel and want to support her. So many nice projects for me to do just for around the house and for my friends and family.

Not only does it have ideas on what to sell but it has ideas on how to sell in different markets. I should have, and just might still buy the first book, the "beginner" one, as this one definitely continues where the other one left off!
