Dainty Home Jeanette Kitchen Curtain Set, Ivory

I knew these were very inexpensive drapes when I bought them so I was not expecting great things. They are almost white in color. They are an interesting woven geometric pattern. They are made of a shiny loosely woven, synthetic fabric rather than a organic woven fabric. The fabric is very light weight and does not block light but they did not advertise that they could. The most major problem they have is that the hem is not a typical drape hem. It is only about 1" and a rolled hem which does not add much weight to the bottom, therefore the light weight drapes do not hang as well as I would like. Since I am using these drapes as a temporary cheap fix to a privacy problem I will keep them, but if you are particular about your décor you should spend a bit more and get a drapery that hangs better.

The curtains are nice but they would have been even better if I got the correct order. I ordered the olive and they sent me brick instead, checked back and realized they got the descriptions confused after the order was placed. They labeled the brick curtains olive and vice versa. Unfortunately for me this is not how it is listed on the product page but only shows up after the purchase is made. Funny thing, after receiving the brick I decided to keep it, but decided to re-order the olive (brick), guess what, it was out of stock...go figure.

Excited to get such a good deal on these. I put them up, only to find that the two tiers are uneven. Not happy about that. I'll have to hem them, but they still won't look right since they are a plaid pattern. The lines won't line up. Oh well... I bought two sets. Maybe the other package will have the same issue and I can switch them to make it work.

The problem I had was the hem seems to be folded around a cord that is not very flexible, and therefore they don't hang well unless they are closed. I will probably cut them off and re hem to allow them to hang properly. Hopefully the material will allow for this.

Good quality, look very nice and I am happy it's good quality made.

you can't see thru these. That is all I was looking for and I got it. They are fairly attractive in their drab way.

The fabric has many flaws that I am able to overlook as this is for our ranch windows but, overall I am happy because they block out the Texas sun and that says a lit

The color here is more a BURNT ORANGE than Brick, as stated. Washed ok and will iron soon. Overall not a bad buy.
