how much does it weigh?

Not sure of the exact weight, but it is pretty light. If it is a windy day it will blow over.

I’m looking to get a hurdle for stretching purposes is this capable of me leaning weight on it?

No. Not unless you duct tape the top on. The top is designed to collapse if you kick it so you don’t get hurt while hurdling.
