The button tear out of the leather flap easily :(
Overall, I like the bag. The sewing seems good on the zipper and seams, but buttons on the leather flap that holds the handles together broke on my first trip. They aren't that important to the bag, but it is disappointing to have any feature of the bag fail on the first trip. Two of the three pulled out of the leather and I expect the third one will break on the next trip.

Oddly shaped; will not tolerate over- stuffing.
I did not buy this from amazon. I got the same item from a discount retailer for $50. At that price I think it was worth it. I used it 1-3 times annually for several years without problem, but when I tried to stuff it full the fabric ripped along the side of one of the strap attachments. The actual measurements are: 29" long, 14" wide at widest point, and 11" tall (the shape when looked at on- end is a rounded triangle, rather than circle or square like most duffles).
