16 LED Light Base for Glass Art - Illuminated Rectangle Display Pedestal - Lighted Stand For 3D Crystal and Glass Sculptures - Adapter Plug Powered - 6.50 Inch Lighted Mirror Box (Cherry Wood)

Although it's marketed as a "display box with lights", I'm not using it for that purpose. Instead, I've been using it to hold and tilt an AV Fan Temperature Control Box at a certain angle so I can see it while I sit below the cabinet when I'm on my computer. The design of this product fits perfectly with my sound dampening computer cabinet which is ornate with black and gold colors. The product is sturdy and well-constructed, and it allows me to tilt the control box and see it perfectly.I love that this product's design is exactly what I could have hoped for. I have a certain color scheme/motif I am going with in my soundproof computer cabinet, which is ornate with black, gold, and rainbow. This product matches the design perfectly (minus the rainbow). As someone who has 10 AV fans and 3 blowers in their cabinet, I need to monitor the temperatures regularly, and this "display box with lights" allows me to tilt and see my AV fan temperature control box perfectly. It also matches everything else.While I can't speak much about its ability to showcase things as a display box with lights, I wanted to protect the mirror surface, so I put a sheet of cabinet liner I got from another product on top of it that happened to be the exact size of the surface. It does what it's supposed to do for me, and it does it well. I don't know if using the LCDs that are built into it really does anything for me, but I guess it's worth having for seeing it more lit up at night. Overall, it's a great addition to my setup and a perfect solution for holding and tilting my AV fan temperature control box.I'm so pleased with this purchase. It does exactly what I need it to do, and it does it beautifully.

Worked perfectly to light my wife's new artwork.

I am being awarded a 10" Westby Wedge and needed this base to illuminate it. Picture shows the base illuminating a clear plastic clock. Works well and is even a night light for the room. It is a little pricey for an LED light but I think it is worth it..

Lighting for glass art

The LEDs are blue-white (high color temperature) and pretty bright. Good if you need more light into the bottom of your glass object. Nicely finished box, but might scratch easily if object placed on it has rough surface. Power LED on wall adapter is quite bright, I kept thinking I'd forgotten to turn something off. I finally put some tape over the LED. I think you could paint out some of the LEDs with black enamel model paint if you wanted to create a smaller illuminated area. It'd be really nice if you could adjust the light level with a dimmer of some kind, but mine works fine as is. Illuminated area is 1 1/4" x 4" with a little black wood strip between the two rows of LEDs. Box is 6 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1" - just right for my use!

The illumination was inadequate for the intended purpose.

These are nice quality, beautiful finish on them. I use them to display my resin projects. Soft warm light. I will purchase more.

I recently purchased an etched crystal as a gift which did not turn out well at all. The etching was barely perceptible even with the standard LED light stands. I was crushed.I saw that this display stand had 16 LEDS and took a chance on it as a last resort, but didn’t have high hopes.Well, it was perfect. The brightness salvaged the crystal, and the display stand itself looks very good.It made for a decent present in the end and everybody is happy.
