Grossan Product are Wonderful!
I have the Grossan sinus irrigation system and it is truly a remarkable product! I have suffered from sinus problems my entire life and was constantly being prescribed antibiotics and medications for my symptoms. I have also had a couple of surgeries to correct them. After all this I still suffered horribly with sinus problems. When I found out about the Grossan sinus products I decided that it certainly wouldn't hurt to try AND AM I GLAD I DID!!! I use the irrigation system when I feel my sinus' starting to hurt and it immediately gives me relief and stops the hurting from getting worse or takes it completely away. I have to use it less frequently since I first started over 5 years ago and have not taken ANY antibiotics or prescribed medications for my sinus' since. I have recommended the Grossan system to many people whom have also purchased it and also have had very good results.

Tip is overpriced and fragile!!
As with all medical items these days these tips are way overpriced and junk plastic. Mine broke off in the wand which had to be drilled out. The irrigator itself works well but is just a glorifed waterpick. Buy a waterpick!!

Well Functioning HydroPulse Tip
The Grossan GS100 HydroPulse tip is exactly as described. It also functions as it should. We already have the Grossan Hydro Pusle Sinus System...just needed a replacement tip for the one that previously broke. I do wish the tips were a little more durable and more affordable. Other than that, it works really well.

The tip is all you need
I misread the information and did not need this adapter only the tip. I have a waterpik.

Not Worth the Price
These replacement tips are a complete rip-off. They are fragile, incredibly overpriced, and as far as I know there are no generic suppliers. How does it feel to be locked into paying $17.95 for a two-part piece of cheap plastic? There is a minor consolation: This item can be purchased from the National Allergy website for $16.49, free shipping, no tax.

Irrigation tip for WaterPik finally wore out - Solution here
We've been using Grossan tips since the `90s. They were recommended by our allergist, and have helped us immeasurably. Our original tips are finally starting to break. Unfortunately Grossan no longer sell ones that fit WaterPiks. But here's a workaround...Start by buying one of these Grossan tips. And also buy a replacement tube with a WaterPik-compatible connector from company called, Ethicare, (go to the "order form" on the web site by the same name). Their "ST-ST" is very nicely made. It has a stainless steel tube and comes in three variations with molded plastic connectors for the three different styles of WaterPiks! This is the only supplier I have been able to find that still sells tips that fit WaterPiks. Finally, slip the colored rubber end off the Grossan tip, and onto the "ST-ST". (They are not glued, they just fit snugly and friction holds them in place.) This feels and works like the originals. The originals have lasted over ten years, and hopefully these will do as well or better. It has been well worth the price to us.

Exact replacement. Great!
I am pleased. I was nervous when I ordered it because sometimes when you buy replacement parts they are not exactly what you had before. THIS WAS! I faithfully use my irrigation machine for chronic sinusitis and the part didn't take long to come either. Thank you.

Doesn't work with Waterpik
The Grossan tip used to fit the Waterpik, but this one doesn't. My guess is that they changed the design so it only works with their own irrigation system, which costs about $80. A Waterpik costs a lot less than that. Fortunately, Amazon sells another tip that does work with the Waterpik and costs less than the Grossan tip.
