Useful on a bed or sofa. Can set the legs to be different heights if there is a depression making the table sit wonky. Thought originally that there was a lock to keep the legs open but there isn't. This can lead to the table collapsing if someone bumps it however this is not a major issue and actually makes standing and folding the table effortless as no need to fiddle with locks. Adjustable angle makes it easy amd comfortable to type on a laptop keyboard.Don't use the fan so can't comment on that but the metal section on the surface allows for some ventilation.Overall happy with my purchase.

Would be nice if it was a little sturdier, as it’s a little shaky, but it does the job and is multifunctional! Easy to adjust height and angle of table!

I am really pleased with this table. I have a fairly large laptop and it holds it easily. The only negative is that the surface is very smooth. When at an angle my mouse slides off so I have to use a silicon placemat to stop that happening. Other than that I am finding it a great purchase.
