It's what the banjo enthusiasts needed and wanted...
Just plain great solo banjo music. As a banjo player and enthusiast, I love the solo and song type stuff. This is perfect. A lot of times the banjo gets lost in the arrangement. But, you can really feel the emotion and energy from just a banjo and a voice. I wholly recommend this to anyone, especially those interested in old-timey, minstrel, traditional (whatever you want to call it) music.

Variety in two CD’s, if you love banjo music. Not Earl Scruggs.
A wide variety of banjo tunes. Quite enjoyable, Slow, fast,Loud, soft, some singing, mostly not. Low tuning, high treble, like I said, quite enjoyable!

Do not recommend .
Not at all what I expected. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. Was truly a waste of my money. OLE Thyme Gathering is an excellent cd in comparison.
