The sharpest knife I have ever used, and I'm an ex butcher! I know it's a bread knife, but I've just sliced through a lemon with no effort at all,- I was amazed,- hence this review. Guaranteed for 15 years, and doesn't ever need sharpening, provided that you slice on a wooden or plastic board. An excellent price and it came the following day. I can see me going back to unsliced bread, - just for the pleasure of using this cracking (cutting) knife!It must be the best thing since sliced bread!

Purchased this to cut home made bread, Super sharp so be careful, you can easily cut yourself without even knowing it until you feel the sting and see the blood. Good size and appears good quality, time will tell but cheap enough to replace.
