Afranker Ipad Mini/Mini 2 Shockproof Case Cover Handle Stand Case for Kids Children for Ipad Mini/Mini 2 Red

It is not as good as some other similar products out there. The cover doesn't fit the iPad mini snugly. The end away from the stand is flimsy and keeps separating away from the iPad if pulled. I have another product for my iPad Air-2 from another manufacturer. I am very satisfied with that one, however Afranker product seems a bit poorer. First of all the material is a bit slippery as opposed to the other one. Also, there is a grove on the back of the cover, I am not sure what is the purpose of that, in fact it is not a good idea because now water or other fluids might enter the back (inside between iPad and cover) of the cover and damage the iPad. All these defects are not true for the cover from another manufacturer. However, I must say that if I did not have experience with the other similar cover from another manufacturer, I would have given higher rating for Afranker product. I think I am being harsh due to the fact that I am comparing the two products!Update: i am going to change my review to give it full 5 stars!! This case has been great since I have bought it. The reason for which I gave it lesser rating is the same reason for which I would like to applaud it! Since the case is a bit flexible on the sides, it actually makes it easy to be removed for cleaning the case as well as the iPad whenever needed. The case has never come off in all these months I have used it.

The case doesn't stand an iPad up as well as I had hoped. It's practically perpendicular to the surface you place it on. So any slight bump to the table (which toddlers have been known to do) send the pad falling forward. Maybe after some use, the foam will soften and that will allow the iPad to lean back a bit more. We will see. My kid likes it because she got to pick the color, but I might be getting a different case before too long.

Great case. The Ipad Mini 2 that our son uses has the cracked screen and chipped edges already. I was looking for something he could use to carry the Ipad around and also double as a stand. It works great for these purposes. It is more of a rubber material and has held up to minor drops so far. It does not look like it will protect the screen too well if it falls face down. For our purposes, and as mentioned condition of the Ipad as it is now, it works great.

Nice lightweight case with handle that makes it great for my son to carry here and there. He has been using it for a few months and it's still in good condition.

These cases are great and my kids loved them, however, there is nothing to protect the screen from scratches. We bought a screen protector, but also bought a different case for when they take them out of the house. Great case for home use.

It made the iPad a little heavier than I like. While it doesn't bother me while using it, it does make my purse quite a bit heavier. Otherwise it works great

I have a two year old son who loves his iPad and this case is a real life savor! He instantly figured out how to use it as a stand and he carries it around by the handle. It's very lightweight and made out of foam material... seems durable enough.

When it says, "Shock proof". Nope, not even..my 8 yrs old drop his mini iPad with the cover on and it cracked the glass. The stand will not up his mini so he can watch his movies. Now, I'm looking for another cover. Don't waste your money on this.
