ICE MELT CUP SNAP ON, Order Early

This product will be a real lifesaver when we get another significant snow. Ice build-up can be a real problem on my eaves when we get a large amount of snow. I really don't like heights, so I always hesitated to go up on a ladder to put some ice melt down. This product completely solves the problem. It attaches perfectly to my roof rake that I bought on Home Depot and will let me easily put ice melt on the ice buildups from the comfort of the ground. I wish I would have known about this product years ago.I don't get the complains about this not coming with a pole, since it is perfectly clear in the description that the pole isn't included. A pole by itself would be much more than the $20 it costs for the cup. It's not like this cup is expensive anyway. It is certainly cheaper than replacing wet drywall or getting your leg set in the hospital after you slip-off a ladder. I am really happy to have found this product. Thank you!

Nicely made, fits great onto the pole and worked great for spreading granular ice melt on the roof. Company customer service is outstanding also. If you are getting icicles and ice jams on your roof, the simplest and best solution is to dump some ice melt granules on the roof and this cup will make it easy.

This is ONLY a cup. The handle is not included. This is more like an accessory for a roof rake that you buy seperately. It's a nice cup, but $15.99 for a plastic cup is a bit pricey! I will probably buy a dowel and screw it onto the cup so that we can use ours. I'm a bit disappointed, but then it is my fault for not asking a question before I ordered it.

It's a plastic cup that clips on to the end of a roof rake pole so you can dump calcium chloride roof melt pucks onto ice dams on your house. It's the size of a can of pop. I recommend it.
