A well calibrated pH meter makes for happy fish
I received the calibration powders quickly. I used the 4.00 and 9.18 powders to calibrate my pH meter which I use to check my aquarium water. It's very important that the pH does not fluctuate much. pH is a log scale so , if one is not aware, a change of pH from 7.1 to 8.1 appears to be a difference of 1 is actually a difference of 10. This could be lethal to fish. This is why it's important to calibrate the pH meter.I am 😊 happy with the price and the product. The reason I gave 4 stars is simply that I think 5 stars should be reserved for a exceptional price and product. Anyway, I will probably purchase these again in the future and,would recommend them to others.
