i CAN'T OFFER MUCH HERE AS THE HEAD LAMP i NEEDED IT FOR ONLY GOT CHARGED ONCE AND THE BUTTON ON THE LIGHT BROKE SO I HAD TO BUY A NEW HEADLAMP. IT DID CHARGE THE OLD ONE WELL, BUT THERE ARE NO LIGHTS TO TELL YOU IT IS CHARGING AND WHEN ITS FULLY CHARGED BUT IT DOES WORK

From an engineering standpoint only the wall adapter is regulated, the car unit overcharges.
The wall charger is a true regulated charger that indicates a fully charged condition and stops at 4.2 volts (turning green). THIS IS OPERATING. CORRECTLY. The car charger IS NOT a regulated charger that only has a red "power light". IT DOES NOT STOP CHARGING THE BATTERY..It will keep charging, eventually trying to reach a NON-REGULATED 8.4 volts AND NEVER SHUTS DOWN. If a battery is left on the charger, it will overheat and cause inside thermal destruction and very short battery life. Thus I can only give 3 stars to both the wall charger is is fine and the car charger cannot be safely used. I have bench tested this problem and verify it, as a retired aerospace instrumentation engineer.

You get what you pay for
Item as describes. With this product you get what you pay for. They work but they're not reliable for long periods of time. Made cheap and made in China. What more do I have to say.
