Cat's Meow Undercover Mouse Exercise Toy

I haven't used the item yet but it is clearly a 2nd hand unit, there are marks and scratches on the base and the box has clearly been opened several times before.

The toy is fine and an excellent idea , however build quality leaves a lot to be desired as we brought two and each one within a day had had the rotating arm snapped off by our Bengal cat. If the arms were thicker they would be robust and durable and not liable to snapping off. Liked the idea just disappointed that it did not stand up to being played with by the cat.

Feels cheaply built internally. Put fresh batteries in it and it barely spins. Slow mode it sticks constantly, gotta put it on the high setting to get it to rotate and it still sticks at points. I'll try and take it apart and oil it to see if that helps.

First of all, make sure you have the tiniest Phillips screwdriver imaginable (ie one for spectacles) or you won't get the battery compartment open. Otherwise easy to assemble.Unfortunately after 4 sessions of playing with it, it disconnected somewhere inside & the wand would no longer move. While it worked, the kittens LOVED it though.

One if my cats loves it! We have had one previously but the ward snapped. Our cat learned how to switch it on but even though this one is identical hasn't yet mastered it. Only issue is it is very noisy on laminate flooring

Got this product, unpacked it and put together easily. My cats enjoyed playing with this for 10 minutes then it suddenly stopped. My husband took it all apart and discovered that a wire had come away and had to be soldered back together.The next day my cats were again enjoying it for another 15 minutes and this time it stopped again. My husband took it apart AGAIN and discovered that the repaired wire was still in place but ANOTHER wire had come away, again this was soldered on. Not sure how long it will last again this time but if it goes again we will just chuck away!!

My cat really loves playing with it keeps him entertained for hours would definitely recommend

I say cats love it. One of mine really loves it and the other two ignore it. The one who loves it really loves it.
