Are they stable enough for one arm handstand??

I wish I able to do a one arm handstand! I find them very stable for press ups, I struggle with my left side due to surgery and shake during press ups and I never felt the press up bars did not support me.

How do you do pull ups and dips with these, they look like you can only do press ups.

These are push up bars fr doing deep press ups . The supplier is called PULLUP & DIP

This can be used for Parallettes? I thought those bars had to be longer?

Pullup & Dip do have a different more expensive version of this push-up set that has longer bars. These short (normal lengths) wooden push up bars are for push-ups/press-ups only.

They are extremely well built amd the ergonomics part of it means that the smooth wooden handle fits confortably snug into the palms of your hands making it more comfortable when exercising.
