Works For Now
The extendable option is great and the handle is sturdy, the plastic swatting piece will do for now but seems very brittle and delicate. For the price, it works well for now. We use it to get pet toys out from under the couch too.

Bought in 2022 and just now looking to replace it. The glue binding the metal to wooden handle let up which is an easy fix but to many corner edge strikes put a crack in the plastic

Very sturdy.
Quite the invention. It's made really well & is telescopic so you can reach little flying pests more easily. I'm 5'4" & sometimes that's a problem. Would recommend.

Love the Telescopic Handle; Not Very Durable
I love the telescopic handle. The swatter starts cracking and breaking after a month or two of regular use, but I guess that's to be expected. I'm on my third one.

DANGEROUS! DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY! Junk. the telescoping pices connection at the handle is held to gether by an insert rather than being assembled to not fit through they rely on those pieces so your fly swatter doesnt come flying out when you swat a fly. Guess what. They dont work at all, and your fly swateer will fly across the room and hit your five her old in the eye when it does come out. Very disturbed that they dont make the telescopic pieces smaller and smaller so that is impossible and instead slide it in where it would clearly fly out if swung around. COGHLAN's YOU MIGHT WANT TO ASSEMBLE TELESCOPIC PIECES THE SAME WAY THE REST OF THE WORLD DOES AND NOT CREATE LOADED WEAPONS!

Works perfectly
This is the third or fourth time I've bought this product just because they're so great I like to have one on every level of my house. They work perfectly they're not too large, it extends to a nice long length and the wooden handle has a loop you can hang it right away.

Who leaves a review this long for a fly swatter?
One of the most “attractive” fly swatter I’ve seen, ha! The colors hold true to the picture. If anything the green is a little less aggressive than in the picture. When you take out your target you can see any residue left behind and clean it accordingly. The handle is comfortable and I like it more than plastic or metal aesthetically. The weight is balanced allowing for a fluid fly swatting movement guaranteed to knock out your target. There is no real ‘drag’ to disrupt the motion and the handle allows you to stay the course in your downward motion. The material and flex of the green fly swatter section is the most important part… and it is perfect. The thickness was more than I imagined - flexible but not too flexible. Telescoping mechanism is a bonus and is efficient no matter the extended length. Unless you are intending to slam this into something, you won’t break it. Side note: the best way to get a fly is a target and then a soft tap - the air movement caused by a swift slam as you are coming down on them alarms them you’re coming and they’re more prone to outsmart you. Happy hunting!

It fits the bill but.
It worked well for about a year. Then broke on paddle.

Vale la pena
Útil, práctico, el control telescópico parecería una tontera pero es de lo más cómodo. calidad excelente
User
Good
Works great. I prefer to shoo them away, but have had to send a few to heaven. Flies seem to know about it now as they have all gone hiding.

Sturdy fly swatter
A very sturdy fly swatter. Easy to hold in your hand. The telescope works well and hasn't broken yet as other types have

Yup, she kills flies.
You know, I never thought I’d get to a point in my life where I’m writing a review on a fly swatter; but here we are. Having kids’ll do that to ya I suppose! I bought this one because it was the only one I could find that didn’t come in a pack of like 60 for some reason, but I’m actually really excited about it now! The telescoping rod is super handy and it’s not lose and floppy when fully extended like I expected. Comfy wood handle and forrest green end, it looks swank. It shrinks up small and has the sweet rope loop on the end so it stores perfectly on the same hook that I hang my duster on. I got 2 flies AT ONCE on my first try (though that’s more a testament to my swift moves). 10/10 fly swatter, highly recommend.
