I have been going to a physical therapist to help me reduce muscle pain and to strengthen my Core. She introduced me to the body Roller Stick at PT to help with tight back thigh muscle. It does help. It works on other parts of your body too to help with massaging out tight muscles. I got the item delivered in just 2 days. Great!

I really love this product. I've used it on my back, neck, shoulders, legs, and it feels good rolling your feet on it. It's long enough that you can use it easily, even if you have shoulder problems. It does a good job. You do have to be careful not to get your hair in it when you use it on your neck, but that is the only thing that I have found that was a minor problem, and solved easily (I put my hair up). I use it often. I bought two, giving one as a gift. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I know this might sound silly, but both my cat and I like this power stick -- I like using it to massage my legs after a run and my back after a hard day at the office, the cat likes rubbing against it like they are giving their side or top of the head a massage while expecting me to hold it in place.

If you need deep tissue pressure to roll out the kinks in your muscles, you may be better off with a wooden kitchen rolling pin, which I prefer when at home. For travel, this is helpful because of its size and will provide some relief.

It wasn't quite as long as I expected but is a good product.

I expected it to be more flexible than it is, but it does do a satisfactory job. I probably would look for something else next time.

This doesn't roll as nicely as the more expensive "Stick" brand (The Stick Muscle Massage Body Stick).... I wish I would have spent the extra money. The rollers tend to get stuck and not budge. I wonder if eventually they will just get loosened up...

24 in.Power Stick is the perfect size I was looking. Tried it on my quads, ITB's, Calves and the sole's of my feet.Thus far it's really good. Will be trying it on a few of my patients in the clinic who I know could benefit from this.
