Never again
They say 20 25 year warranty but u better keep your receipt or you are screwed . Had my ghost mattress for 4 years now and it sucks. They wouldn't do anything about it because I can't find my receipt. I wouldn't recommend this to any one!

Dont waste your money. Horrible customer service
Horrible lies dont waste your money.They tout thier 20 year warranty but have impossible terms 3 years in and mattress is broken down crap. And they wont warranty because of a small stain. Which has nothing to do with thier cheap quality materials breaking down. And they are rude when you speak to customer service.
