This is a perfect little kit for some bandaids, alcohol/iodine pads and a small 2 oz Neosporin bottle. It's a good supplement to a proper medical kit that can fit into a pocket as well as a fanny pack, GP or dangler pouch, and the handle is wide and easy to grab.

Holds what I need and fits my back pocket perfectly flat.

Just perfect, it’s the perfect size. Mine Holds regular size bandages in a small, slim slot; butterfly bandages in another similar size slot, a pocket in front of those that’s perfect for alcohol pads and pain med packets and the other side is perfect for gauze pads, large bandages and even a pair of gloves plus I carry a skinny roll of medical tape. The medical tape is really the only thing that makes any amount of bulk, it fits perfectly in a cargo pocket, and without the tape it would fit just as well in a back pocket. And the grab handle is nice and easy to find.

Ordered a few to make micro first aid kits for some friends.

Fill it with band aids , alcohol wipes , iodine wipes and your medicine in pill bags . Slip it in a pocket and forget it until you need it

Looks like a cheap halloween costume piece! Not even the size of my hand. Dollar store items are better value then this!

Super easy med kit to EDC! I keep mine loaded as a boo boo kit and a larger IFAK in my vehicle.

Good quality pouch to store a pair of nitrile gloves and a few adhesive dressings or other small medical supplies / medications, perfect to make a "boo boo kit" that will fit in a trouser or jacket pocket, I ordered a couple in black for my work gear and a green one to keep in my MTP smock pocket, would be nice to see a "medical red" version at some point as I want to make a few more "boo boo" kits for family members.

Das Helikon-Tex Micro Med Kit eignet sich aufgrung der geringen Größe sehr gut für den Alltag. Es ist einigermaßen robust, gut vernäht und es scheint aus wasserabseisendem Material zu sein. Es hat eine "größere" Tasche im Deckel und zwei kleine sowie eine "größere" im Unterteil. Nachteil der geringen Größe ist natürlich die geringe Kapazität. Ich habe ein Paar Nitrilhandschuhe (Größe L), vier Ibuprofen, zwei Wundschnellverbände und ein Einmalbeatmungstuch in meinem Microkit und es ist relativ voll. Man kann es zwar noch weiter füllen, aber jetzt lässt es sich super in jede Hosentasche packen, damit es immer dabei ist. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Format nicht ganz perfekt gewählt (1-2cm Länger wäre gut) und das Material an einigen Stellen etwas dünn wodurch ein Schlüssel in selber Hosentasche wie das Kit zu Löchern führen könnte. Letzteres ist aber nur eine Einschätzung. Alles in allem bin ich aber sehr zufrieden und würde es weiterempfehlen.PS.: Ich habe mich sehr lange zurückgehalten das Microkit zu kaufen, da es keine Rezensionen, Bilder oder Videos im Internet zu dem Produkt gab. Jetzt bin ich aber froh, dass ich es gewagt habe.

Vorab: Erwarten Sie nicht all zu viel. Bei der Micro-Pouch handelt es sich um eine, mit Klettverschluß versehene,Minitasche für Pflaster und ähnliche Gegenstände. Die Innenseite ist, der Größe entsprechend, ganz gut durchkleine Steckfächer unterteilt. Die Verarbeitung finde ich ganz sauber. Das Hauptmaterial der Tasche ist leider kleinCordura sondern eher ein günstigeres Material. Fühlt sich an wie bei einer einfachen Regenjacke - macht abertrotzdem einen stabilen Eindruck. Die Ränder sind mit diesem klassischen Saum-Material wie bei Klettverschluß-Geldbörsen versehen und ordentlich vernäht. Gut finde ich den robusten, schwarzen "Schlauch" an der Oberseiteder Taschen für den Schnellzugriff. Ich würde sagen für den Preis von knapp 7 EUR inkl Versand geht das in Ordnung.

Es ist wirklich klein. Kleiner als erwartet. Klar, einen Verbandskasten nach DIN will ja niemand in der Tasche haben, aber viel mehr als ein paar Pflaster, Zeckenhaken, Schmerztabletten und so geht nicht rein, ohne dass das Schließen unmöglich wird.Die Qualität ist wie von Helikon Tex gewöhnt gut.Ich hab die Tasche behalten und deutlich reduziert, weil ich das Konzept richtig gut finde. Mal sehen, ob es hält was es verspricht.

Für kleine Wunden super geeignet. Es enthält bei mir: 1x Handschuhe, 2x Wundkompressen, 2x Sicherheitsnadeln, verschiedene Pflaster, Alkohol-Pads, Wundnahtstreifen, 1 Tampon, 2x komprimierte Tücher, 1 Stück Physiotape und 1x Hundekotbeutel ;-)Damit wiegt es 67g.
