CEH Certified Ethical Hacker Bundle, Fourth Edition

Most IT study books are boring. This book is not one of them. Not only was it not boring, I found myself actually turning the pages to see what happens next. Matt Walker fills the book with history, anecdotes, and humor to the point that you forget you're studying for an exam. That being said, I passed. This was the only book I purchased.

The material covered is good and the question bank is excellent. You will still need to review lists upon lists of tools to pass the exam, but this covers the fundamentals well. Also, when I tried the EC Councils books on kindle, they were PDFs that were hard to read on small screens. CEH Certified Ethical Hacker Bundle is a proper e-book.

This book has been a great companion to my boyfriends CEH class and endeavors. He has been studying hard and has found that this book is well written and laid out. Has made a few comments about the authors humor as well as the fact that the author lives about a 50min drive from us in Melbourne, Fl. Has pretty much pinpointed the authors location due to a few hints the author gave which goes against security practices, as well as the fact that my boyfriend used to live in Palm Bay, Fl and also surfs. He does recommend this book as the book from EC-Council is very lacking in details and just gives what looks like slide/power point topics. Again, if you’re studying for this exam and need more material, look no further

Much better than the official course materials (books of printed PowerPoint slides). Easier to read and I passed with confidence. There are hundreds of very helpful practice questions.

This is a wonderful collection. I read both books and I can honestly say, without them I wouldn't have passed my exam. They're both vital study companions for while you get ready for the ceh exam. I wouldn't say these are all you need for the exam though as I used other tools as well but these books are excellent for getting you most of the knowledge you need. The Exam books was extremely helpful for identifying blind spots in my studies. As a bundle they work very well for preparing you for the exam.

I was always a fan of Sir Matt's work. He is truely great. This is no doubt the best purchase if you are looking for a one stop shop for a CEH guide. Go for it.

I ordered this book on Kindle, and waited for 2hours to be properly download because I thought it was a long book, but still many pages are blank.
