Seems like pure honey which my son doesn't like. Not sure it's ever helped

Our pediatrician, who also had a 3 year old, recommended this for sore throats and coughs. It's quick and effective- even on adults! The prices on Amazon are generally cheaper than buying in store, particularly if you use subscribe and save. The lollipops work well with this and is also cheaper on here than in store.

I know this has a few good reviews but wanted to post my experiences. My 4 year old daughter gets a cough with every single cold she gets. The coughs often linger on for several weeks after the cold has passed. In the last couple years, they get so bad at night that she throws up from the forcefulness of non-stop coughing. It is really sad. I tried this a few times last year and it never helped, not even enough to prevent her from throwing up. Today she started coughing so I gave her some before bed...and it didn't help the cough a bit. She threw up within an hour of going to bed. I went to the store and bought Zarbee's and will try that tomorrow in the hopes that will work instead...the Little Remedies only lists plain honey...it does not specify which kind of honey is used and from studies I've read only buckwheat honey is proven to help with coughing. Zarbee's lists buckwheat honey in their ingredients so I'm hoping Zarbee's works!

My not quite two year old had an awful cough. This honey helped soothe his throat, helped him sleep, and helped his cough get better. For little ones who are too young for real medicine, this is perfect.

that is a good product, for sensetive baby, my friend loves it a lot, wish we will have it here in China.

I asked my son's pediatrician before I gave this to him and he approved. This product is simply amazing, and safe since its pretty much just watered down honey. It is non medicated, and every situation is different but for my son one dose did it. I actually bought it at Target for about $5.00. My personal opinion is that if your child has a cough and you don't know what to give him/her give this product a try. There is not much to lose if it doesn't work as effective for your child, but if it does then you'll be glad you gave it a shot. Good luck to all the parent's and caregivers!!!

My one year old daughter had a dry persistent cough and I saw this product on line and wanted to try it because its the first cough syrup recommended for ages one and up. I mixed the cough syrup with my daughters bottle and she stopped coughing and went to sleep peacefully. My daughter woke up the next day feeling great. I would say allow at least two days for this product to work for best results and not to mention it taste good enough for your child to digest easily.
