I must be doing something wrong. I purchased one of these cases and it worked great for about 2 weeks before the Qi wireless charging function stopped working.I sent that one back and received a replacement quickly. That one worked for about 2.5 weeks before the same issue appeared.I was not able to exchange it. The only option was a refund.I opted for the refund, and purchased another one. It was delivered on Saturday, and this afternoon (Tuesday) it stopped working as the others did.I really want to love this product, but 3 separate cases all had the same problem. I tested another phone on my charging pad and it works fine.I’m going to return this one for a replacement. If that doesn’t last, I’ll have to search elsewhere.The seller is extremely fast at shipping, and responsive. I just wish the item was more durable.

This case seemed to work well in the beginning, but when I went outside in the sun on a hot day, it got very hot and my phone heated up also, front and back. It also seemed to make the phones battery run down sooner than normal. I did not want to take a chance on damaging my phone, so I returned it.

I bought the Item April 2020 Here it is June 1st for a week now this case will not charge nor will it charge my iphone. At first I was happy it kept my battery charged while I used it all day then one day just stopped charing I have never used a cord to charge only wireless pad I have tried my wifes wireless charger and its still the same. I wake up in morning and my phone did not charge nor case. At first I thought I didnt have it centered on wireless charger that night I made sure the solid blue line on charger was on. Wasn't charged in morning Then I tried to plug in a cord to charge nothing, it will only charge if I take phone out and charge case by itself then put phone in I would have to hit the button a few times to get it to say its charging.

I’m satisfied with this product but I guess I was expecting to get at least two recharges out of one full charging. But it’s not terribly heavy or clunky and it does charge my phone fast. Other downfalls: takes a long time to charge but discharges quickly, phone charging cable isn’t always recognized by my phone so it won’t charge, the instructions, though basically simple, were no frills and not very concise. They said that I’d have to fully charge the case prior to initial use but mine came to me fully charged and it didn’t say the case alone or once connected to the phone.I also had hoped it would be more rugged and able to withstand being dropped without fear of damaging the battery or cracking the case construction.

Wireless charging only works if the case battery needs to charge. If your case battery is full, but you phone is dead, wireless charging does not work. Frustrating bc you basically have to drain the phone and case battery before wireless charging does anything. I usually use a wireless charger at my desk to maintenance charge my phone throughout the day but this case is useless for that

This is a great case, I love that it will charge wireless. The case keeps my phone fully charged when its running low the only thing I could ask for is a larger capacity battery case.

After trying a few others and being let down, I took a chance on this one. Happy I did, it works great.

Still trying to figure this out; instructions do not cover my questions. Have not noticed any change in phone battery so far; it’s also heavier than I would like. I’m tempted to remove it, but will give it one more day.
