Do i need to print using micr toner?

It is an industry best practice to use micr toner/ink at least when printing the micr digits on the bottoms of the checks so they can be correctly read by various cash registers (e.g. Walmart) , older atm machines and most bank tellers' scanners. Nowadays most micr scanners are supplemented with optical character recognition tech, however to ensure universal acceptance micr toner should be used when printing the micr digits

No there's 2. 1 for the check and the space below allows for 2check subs

where are the perforations on this check? What are the measurements of perforations?

to my recall , there are no perforations on the sheets separating the check from the rest . You have to manually tear the checks off.
