Forcefield Body Armour Pro Shirt X-V 2 (X-Large)

I bought this shirt and the matching pants. My chest is 48" and the size XL is a good fit.Most people will buy this for protection while motorcycling, and while I can use it for that purpose, my primary reason for buying it and the pants is for protection while executing parachute landing falls (PLF), either practicing PLFs from a 4 ft platform or jumping a static line military canopy. In both cases, this shirt's armor provides lightweight CE2 protection for my back, chest, shoulders and elbows and with the pants, protection for my hips, buttocks, coccyx, knees and shins, altogether giving me full protection for all five points of contact and then some.This isn't intended as outerwear. I wear it under a Nomex one-piece flight suit when jumping and in colder weather my base layer is thermal silk tights and shirt.

Good protection, good fit

Really nice and smug-fitting soft shell with armour! It gives a feeling the armor will be where it has to be during the fall.A small negative: it’s a bit uncomfortable to wear without extra base level, since rubbery surface of protectors feels awkward against the naked skin
