PEEPA Pierogi/ Pot Sticker Maker

Received my pierogi make last week, took it for a drive this last Sunday, worked pretty good, I must say! I didn't like the thing that put the dents in the dough very well, kept cutting through the edges of the dough....I just used my fingers to make the impressions, worked good! A rolling pin really doesn't cut it real good, but it wasn't a major problem, I used a little wheel knife were ever needed, anyway,........I LIKE IT!

I have used it to make Asian style dumplings. They came out great after about 30 minutes or so. It takes a little time to get the texture right but after that, such a simple machine is great.

My family has a giant WIgalia so starting the week after thanksgiving we start to make pierogi...this mold was the best one that i have used so far ( we quit hand rolling them when the family go so big). we have had one that had white paint on it, but after 10 years the paint began to chip and end up in the final product...if you make a few or 20 dozen, this product is awesome!
