I love how easy to use these bands are. They’re compact, easily packable for trips and provide differing tension that is nice to have when you’re changing it up between exercises or progressing in your fitness journey. The only problem I have is that my husband keeps using them and not folding them or putting them back. May be time to invest in a second set of these for him.

Excellent product. Varied resistence bands are perfect for beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals. Carrying pouch is added plus. Cllored cloth coverings make it easy to identify resistence and make bands comfortable on bare skin...no pinching.

All of the bands hardened in sections and eventually broke.

I bought these bands to use for 80 day Obsession. Really sturdy and feel competent while using them, that they won't tear in the middle of stretching them out. Love !

These bands were too flimsy and small. I could see them possibly being useful for very minimal impact at home workouts, but are nothing close to the resistance bands you would use at the gym. These are very thin and likely would snap with average use. Gym bands I’ve used are very think and sturdy. If you’re expecting that- don’t buy. However, still leaving 2 stars for a pretty product and if you were buying for minimal impact use.
