Herb Sampler: Psychic/spirituality Herbs - 12 Herb Sample

The package arrived quickly, and was in good shape. The value is certainly there, as the amounts are generous. I would love to give these herbs a great review - they looked good, were a good value, and everything... but...The listing indicated it would include 12 herbs from a list of 17. I assumed that meant it would be 12 herbs, all from that list. I was wrong. Five of the 12 were not included on the list - one I don't mind, it exchanged peppermint for spearmint. However, the remaining four included sage and cinnamon, which I already have in abundance. A minor irritation, really.The second problem I had was that everything, including the sage, the frankincense, the myrrh, literally everything, smelled of mint. The spearmint was so strong it overpowered all of the other herbs. I thought at first it was just on the baggies, but no... even when I opened them and transferred the contents to another container, the mint aroma still overpowered the other herbs. Personally, I can't imagine that amount of aroma contamination happened in just a few days of shipping. It makes me think the herbs packages were premade in bulk and sitting around waiting for an order - not an impression I like.First moral of the story: sellers, please either clearly list ALL possible inclusions, or specify that there may be replacements. Buyers, contact seller to ensure you won't be paying for things you already have.Second moral of the story: sellers, mint is an overwhelming scent. Store it in a different container at home, don't premake packages that include mint, and when shipping, consider triple wrapping it to prevent aromas from mingling.I can't even speak to the quality of the herbs otherwise - while they are all generous amounts, and they look good, they all smell like mint. Some of the more potent ones have a vague hint of their original scent, but most all smell exactly alike - minty.
