Ann Michell Workout Waist Cincher (38, Blue)

This is a great cincher for working out ( cardio and/or squats) but I'm 5'3", 165 and the cincher was "big". It's not tight ( I can move it up and down with ease and used the 2nd hooks on first try. It doesn't make you look bulky and you get that hourglass shape. I will be buying another one. maybe in a size 34 (I have a squishy stomach)

Gave me the appearance of a flat tummy which I love and size chart was accurate! If your thinking about getting a cincher like the ones posted on social media websites this is the same thing!

I ordered the same item about 2 weeks before and it fit well. Ordered 3 more (1 for myself and 2 for other family members) because I was so happy but then when I got the second order they were all too small different brand name than the first one I ordered. Very upset about this.

it was not even that long it was short and only fit in the mid section
