Excellent quality im 6 feet tall 170 pounds and fits good i got the medium-large i was debating if i should get small because of other people's comments about their weight and size they threw me off but I still got the medium/large and fits Perfect there's holes left on both sides to buckle the quality is second to none i got this to trim my palm trees and the quality makes me go real high and not be nervous it's perfect some people complained about shoulder pads falling my guess is that you guys are short because I had zero problems with it it's worth every penny for the safety first and peace of mind when working in high altitudes

I reviewed a LOT of harness before selecting this one but I'm very happy with the decision.The fit is perfect (I'm 6' and about 185lb), most of the belt loops had several holes either way so this would be fit someone both bigger and smaller than I am. The harness is very comfortable and incredibly well made. The attachment ring on the back is fairly easy to get to but you may benefit from an 18" extension lanyard to make it easier.Unlike others, I had NO problem with the shoulder pads. For me they stayed in place every time.The padded low back portion does make this harness a little awkward to wear a tool belt at the same time. If you need to I'd recommend getting separate pouches that can attach to this otherwise you end up wearing the tool belt too high up.

This is not meant to be worn all day. The shoulder straps slide up and down throughout the day and dig into your shoulders. This is cheap and will get you by.

This is a good quality harness with good features. Quality stitching, buckles, hardware, etc. I think it's made in Canada, but that's close enough to home for me.A few minor things that bother me: the shoulder pads are always working their way forward or back, it's easy enough to grab them and slide 'em back into position, but I usually don't notice until my shoulder starts to feel the weight of my tool belt. Also, in hot weather the waist pad is going to make you sweat. Lastly the chest strap can be a little tricky to get apart. None of these are deal breakers.My tool belt fits over it fine, actually sits on top of the waist pad and transfers most of the weight to my shoulders...hence the shoulder pad issue.The current pictures make it look kinda pink, it's not. More of a red so don't worry about that macho man.I'm 6'1" with a 34" waist and this med/large was almost too big. If you're much smaller than me I'd get a smaller size.Overall I think it's an excellent value and would recommend it.

Used to trim trees with lift up 40' in the air. Luckily, didn't "need" it. But it was fairly comfortable and easy to put on. I'm 6'3" 240#. Be smart, use one if you are on a lift.

Fits nice and tight. And adjusts well. Also give a boost of safety confidence.

Our crews love these hardnesses. They're much more comfortable than other brands, for the same price or less. The shoulder pads offer real protection, and the connection rings on the sides give us the versatility we need to work.

I purchased this and I cannot express enough how much it helps. Great price and will 100% get rid of the agrivation of having to wear a belt (by distributing the weight evenly on your shoulders/hips when adjusted) and my belt weighs over 30lbs easy! You can't go wrong with this.
