I noted when I received the item, that part of the cap was cracked, and I contacted the vendor to request a replacement. Today, I received the replacement cap, plus a package of their hair repair product! I also used the shampoo yesterday, and my hair was left clean, moisturized, and manageable. Customer for life!

I have dry hair and I've been using Zerran mousturizing hair products for years; ever since my hair stylist recommended them to me.This shampoo is gentle, not tested on animals, and does not strip color.It's concentrated, so you only use a little bit and it lasts forever.

I had chemotherapy years ago and have tried many different shampoos over time. This shampoo was recommended so I thought I would give it a shot. I am so glad I did. It smells so good and lathers up nicely. The initial cost makes my eyes water but a little goes a long way. This size bottle last me over a year. That makes this very cost effective. Gotta love it.

Delivered on time. So happy to find this product at reasonable price. I had used it for a week when I visited a family members house. I could never find it at Ultra or shops like that my hair fell in love with it and everything has just stopped working for me. But now just after a few washes I can see 100% improvement from shampoo&conditioner. I'm so happy with the drastic wonderful&healthy change. Only wish is that this size bottle came with pump as additional option. Most of my larger products w/one already built in or others have promo that includes one so that you have open&close tight top or can switch it to pump top so no hassle in shower of lifting all the time. It can just sit on bench or ground if needed and you pump what you need and go one with no worry of over pour or dropping etc etc...big bottles always best buy. But ease of use helps also.....I made own from my previous brand and cut tube down fit depth of bottles.....extremely happy
