Does it assemble itself when you sing the song?

Yes, I believe it does, if you have won Tony awards and acted on Broadway. If, not, you'll have to manually assemble with help of child labor.

It's not clear by the description that Elsa, Anna, and Olaf come with the castle. Do they?

Yes, Elsa, Anna and Olaf come with the castle set.

Can someone tell me how wide the castle is at the base? I'm trying to figure out if it will fit on my daughter's lego table with other lego sets.

It is 7 1/2 inches long and 3 inches wide. It is quite adorable and very detailed. My girls love it!

Does this come with Anna and Elsa

Yes; both Anna and Elsa are provided but they are the Lego versions
