I can't speak for the quality of sound but I was very disappointed when I seen they were all the same.I sent them back.

While visiting Peru a few months ago, I bought an ocarina at a roadside stand on the Patapampa Pass, just outside of Chivay. It was a treasured reminder of the trip -- but my dog loved it too, and he batted it out of my hand in excitement one day, causing it to smash against the floor.I found these while browsing Amazon one day, and ordered them to fill the void on my shelf where the ocarina from Peru had been placed -- and I'm very happy with the purchase.Others have commented that the tone is poor. It's true that you can't really use them to play a recognizable song -- but the same is true of hand-made ocarinas that one finds throughout Peru. If you want to use an ocarina in an orchestra, something machined and molded is the way to go. But if you just want to blow out a pleasant tune, or have an example of the Peruvian highland culture, these are an excellent choice.Quite surprisingly, the price of these after the exchange rate is similar to what I paid at a deeply remote spot high in the Andes -- so I would rate them a superb value. (And I have 3 spares in case the dog gets excited again.)

The product received did NOT match description. I received 4 but they were ALL the same size. Rcvd in a timely manner, new condition, but they were all the size of the 3rd largest one. (I was looking forward to seeing/hearing the largest one....)

I received all 4 different sizes in the exact time frame they advertised. The quality is indicative of the price.

I was very disappointed. the sound is just not there. The only redeeming value is if you wear them around your neck they make a good conversation piece as long as no one asks you to play them.

Terrible barely tune and break very Easy

Product was nicely Hand made but you could clearly tell that they didn't put much work into them. The quality of ocarinas were TERRIBLE and I broke it the first day. Save some money and buy something else.:)
